ABSTRACT
We have developed a quantitative chromatographic strip assay platform [1], Lab TabTM, that does not require premeasurement or sample manipulation. The device provides assays of quantitative or semiquantitative laboratory-quality precision and accuracy on many bodily fluids in alternative settings in an easyto-use format (Figure 1 illustrates dose response of the cotinine LabTabTM). Utilizing this platform we have developed tests for cotinine and we are developing tests for other analytes.
