ABSTRACT

For detecton or quantification of an analyte (a very small amount of physiological activity matter), immunological measurements can be effectively used. In the immunological measurements, the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method for the measurement of antigen using an immobilized antibody and antibodies conjugated with enzyme (enzyme-antibody conjugate) is known as a sandwich immunoassay technique [1-2]. This method’s principle, presented in Figure 1, is very widely used because it can be applied easily with high sensitivity.
