ABSTRACT
SH2 and SH3 domains: SH2 and SH3 domains are structural motifs found in proteins involved in signal transduction. SH2
domains are involved in binding of proteins which contain them to phosphorylated tyrosines on other proteins. The discovery of these structures has brought a new dimension to the understanding of signal transduction.
