ABSTRACT
This study aims to evaluate common safety issues in chemical laboratories located in universities for teaching and research activities. It is divided into 5 sections. Following the introduction, materials and methods are presented in Section 2. Section 3 focuses on the risk assessment inside these laboratories. Description of such facilities is in Section 1, as well as the detailing of the methodology applied and the scenarios considered. Section 4 presents results, further discussed in Section 5.
