ABSTRACT
In Spain, it is mandatory to notify the Labour Authorities of all occupational accidents requiring workers to be on leave for one or more days. The occupational accident reporting system in Spain complies with the European Statistics on Accidents at Work (ESAW) mandate (European Commission, 2002), which was transposed to Spanish Law through Order TAS / 2926 / 2002.
