ABSTRACT
According to the characteristics of Cherry Valley, the existing resources and the concept of the planning, the integration and demonstration base of low carbon technology, the target oriented “low carbon comprehensive experimental base”, and the carrier of low carbon industry cluster and characteristic industry chain, and the function of tourism complex are established.
