ABSTRACT
At the present stage of economic development of the Far East the active construction of new highways and upgrading of already existing ones occurs, considering high vehicle speeds and roadbed load. In connection with this increase of road constructions and roadbed life cycle gains special importance. The large-scale construction of oil and gas pipelines also occurs.
