ABSTRACT
The method will be completed by several steps. Firstly, sequential images of the same view at different focal positions were captured. Secondly, calculate the clearness of each pixel of each layer of the image and record the clearness into a 3-Dimensional Clearness Matrix (DCM). Thirdly, Mark the z-position of the image which declare the best sharpness of each pixel and record the x-position, y-position and z-position of each pixel into a Dot Matrix (DPM). Finally, build the 3D reconstructive image by using DPM with the software Geomagic Studio 12.
