ABSTRACT: Nalmefene hydrochloride injection is not stable, and the formation of dimers may occur quickly, limiting the use of nalmefene hydrochloride in the clinic. Therefore, in this study, we aimed to optimize the preparation of nalmefene hydrochloride injection in order to increase the stability of the drug.
