ABSTRACT

The optimization purpose of thin grinding process is mill productivity increase and power consumption decrease with necessary requirements of grinding product dispersion. Several directions of grinding process optimization are developed on the basis of the signal analysis results of grinding and classification zone: the continuous the maximal amplitude control during grinding; the energy analysis of signals; the result analysis of spatial model visualization and model on the circuits Markov basis; the Wavelet-analysis, Hilbert – Huang transformations and neural network signal analysis; the technological - acoustic criteria and factor control. The applications of the developed information thin grinding technology are considered for laboratory and industrial mills.
