ABSTRACT

Because it is dicult to solve the sensors monitoring problem of unbalanced rotor of industrial dust blower under complex conditions with conventional measurement approach, in this paper, we propose the method of combining modal analysis and finite element simulation, which is used for nonlinear phenomena analysis of industrial dust blower rotor in variable speed mode. Through the vibration response analysis of industrial dust blower rotor modals, the maximum vibration occurrence of the rotor system is determined, which make guidance to the adjustment of sensor arrangement and working parameters of industrial dust blower under complex conditions.
