ABSTRACT
Figure 2 shows the developed control system platform. In the panel, the “Weight” monitor screen is used to show the real time weight of the tank. The “Out Time” monitor screen is used to show the out time of molten iron. The “End Time” monitor screen is used to show the time when the tank is carried out of the weighing scale. The “Net Weight” monitor screen is used to show the weight of molten iron. When the weight is beyond the pre-warning value, the pre-warning light is alarmed. When the weight is beyond the warning value, the warning light is alarmed, and the audible and visual alarm is worked.
