ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of information technology, especially in the growing popularity of internet and digital storage which are represented by networking and digitizing, it is necessary to produce a reform that combines Micro teaching with new video recording and storage technology, and it is also necessary to take advantage of the existing network resources to create a digital micro system that combines with Micro teaching, multimedia editor, film production, storage, video on demand, digital live broadcasting. Micro teaching is an applied educational technology that combines with audio-visual technology with educational theories; it can train students’ teaching skills effectively [1-3]. Microteaching is a classroom teaching skills training methods for students in school and in-service teachers, which is defined as a Controllable practical system makes normal students and teachers could focus on solving a specific behavior or study under a controlled conditions, built on educational theory, visual theory and technology. Micro-teaching represents a new idea and way of resources development. With the development of society, the progress of time, the wide usage of modern information technology, micro-teaching is a kind of rapidly developed form on innovation education which has many characters such as various methods. It is a small but integrated teaching activity which centers with the resource of micro video, and match with other educational resources. It is a systematic teaching skill training method for teachers and normal students. The rapid development of multimedia technology and information technology, not only provides a large number

of digital learning resources, but the digital training environment replaces of simulation, which make great changes in information store. However, micro resource management and teaching skills evaluation methods are not synchronized to follow up. Hence, the study of teaching resource management and evaluation in micro teaching is imperative. Therefore, Micro teaching can be implemented in the relevant teaching theories and psychological theories. However, how to infiltrate Micro teaching into specific curriculum instruction is a permanent problem. This article will focus on the verification of the practical Micro teaching from the perspective of martial arts teaching, thus to further improve and perfect Micro teaching pattern. Teaching resource management (TSM), the module includes resource information import, maintenance, inquiry and micro video on demand. The system classifies recourses by student id, classroom location, training time automatic. The student can also retrieve the error information resources by resource claim. The system offers online play and download play to facilitate users, and several ways to quickly search related resources. According to resources clicks, numbers of evaluation, and assessment grading, the system will selection some outstanding resources for recommending and long-term preservation in order to facilitate students. A subject and a curriculum can be specially designed for students and meet their requirement throng micro-teaching development in which approach is more in line with the needs of curricula. And then, the cognitive sense of student is concerned with the teaching progress, therefore, micro-teaching should also emphases on helping students develop a proactive learning attitude.
