ABSTRACT
The International Forum For Industry & Education had been held in Zhumadian on April 25-26, 2014。178 colleges and universities jointly issued “Zhumadian Consensus” at the closing ceremony of the forum. According to the consensus, technological applied undergraduate colleges and universities emerge at a historic moment, the restructuring development of some local undergraduate colleges is imperative.”
