Transposition parts weight is heavy, assembly position often needs to be moved in the workshop, for balancing work before assembly, and the characteristics of the heavy weight and lifting inconvenience increased the difficulty of balancing, previous balancing devices adopts manual rotating parts in the form of dislocation motion, not only need many people to operate, and have certain risk in security, in this article based on the analysis on the existing alignment device, the structure of the balancing device is improved, the improved balancing device balancing can be convenient for operation, can be free to move in the workshop, reduces the number of operators, has obvious increase in balancing efficiency and safety.
