ABSTRACT
ERP technology, based on advanced network information technology, is a scientific management mode of resource management and planning management and is a necessary prerequisite for large scale enterprise’s survival and development. It can reasonably allocate the enterprise’s human resources, material resources and money and also can play the enterprise’s role of operation and management to fully integrate basic information of production, logistics, and customer service to improve the utilization of the enterprise’s resources and to optimize the enterprise’s internal management by improving the management system of the resource utilization. If the enterprise can better use the ERP technology, it helps the systematization of the internal management of the enterprise, improves the production eciency and economic benefits and makes up the defects of the enterprise’s management to build a good internal environment, reduce the enterprise’s financial risk, improve the
comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise, and promote its sound and rapid development.
