ABSTRACT
Skin detection is an important part of digital image processing, and it is widely used in the face recognition, content-based image retrieval, pornographic image filtering and so on. There are many factors affecting the skin detection results, such as uneven illumination, different camera, different ethnic, and the information similar to skin.
