ABSTRACT

As the online examination system of medical science is fair, open, random, accurate, secure, etc. it can be widely applied to recruiting, training, assessing, selecting and psychologically testing medical staff, etc. The system can make a quick appraisal of the hospital in-service staff and know their professional skills. Meanwhile, it is beneficial to improve medical quality, ensure medical security and provide a fast and efficient management mode (Zhao Ning et al.2012).
