ABSTRACT
Dynamic intelligence scouting and monitoring as a key success factor of competitive intelligence 21st Century has been marked by increasing uncertainty and rapidly accelerating change in the business environment of many industries. Major change drivers in the Big Data environment, including, continuing economic globalization, rapid technological innovation and moving are well known. But as drivers in the rapid technological innovation environment interact with each industry’s own trend and uncertainties, we find that the range of imaginable futures of individual enterprise has grown manifold in comparison to earlier decades. As technological innovation becomes the driving force for competitive advantage, and competitive intelligence becomes the key driver of business innovation, the application value of enterprise-level Dynamic Intelligence Scouting and Monitoring System(DISMS)is reaching new heights.
