ABSTRACT
With the development of social economy, the living standard of people is also on the increase gradually. Due to its beauty and comfort, the upholstered furniture is put into use in modern architecture more and more, such as private house, oce building, shopping mall, large venue and entertainment place. However, because most of upholstered furniture is made of flammable material, while not only aording convenience to people, but also bring great risk of fire, especially the covering fabric. Such as cotton fiber blended fabric and leather, typical of combustible materials, even with the fire sources in a non-contact state, are largely vulnerable to thermal radiation to be ignited. Subsequently, the indoor fire will undoubtedly cause property losses, even sta casualties.
