ABSTRACT
In summary, the combination of Multimedia Technology and University Physical Education is a novel and eective teaching method in university sports teaching reform, make teacher-student relationship change from teacher-centered teaching to become a university student-centered teaching. With the continuous development of modern technology, multimedia technology as a new form of education and means will bring great impact and influence to traditional education. If multimedia technology can be an important means of university’s physical education teaching, the key lies in university sports teachers’ information quality level. A university physical education teacher should strive to improve their own quality, especially emphasis on the quality of training information, improve their professional level, to enable reasonable and proper production and use of multimedia technology in physical education. Dierent teaching media have the characteristics of the respective roles, only fair use, can achieve the optimal eect of teaching, we should take advantage of a variety of media expertise to present different teaching content or reflect dierent teaching methods. Therefore, multimedia technology in teaching university sports is very deserving of our bold attempt to explore and promote.
