ABSTRACT

The wireless sensor network (WSN) is widely used in military, environmental monitoring and other fields. The performance of WSN depends on the eective coverage area of sensor nodes after deployment. The mobile node makes the dynamic deployment of sensor network be possible. In the dynamic deployment of sensor network, the coverage optimization strategy is used to adjust the position of mobile nodes after initial randomly deployment, in order to expand the eective coverage area and to improve the monitoring capability of WSN.
