ABSTRACT

Low probability of interception (LPI) radar waveforms against passive radar detection system has been developed for several decades [3]. Many evaluation metrics, such as time-bandwidth product, the peak to average power ratio and parameters agile characteristics, have been discussed and applied to compare different LPI waveforms [5] [6]. After analyzing and integrating those classical evaluation metrics of LPI radar waveforms, Fancey presented a complex metric to measure LPI performance [2].
