ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: The relationship between law and morality is a central issue in philosophy for centuries. By many is morality associated with religion and as morally norms are considered also religious and common norms. The dividing line between these social norms is not straightforward, because each perceives individual social norms differently. Aim of this article is to point out the ongoing conflict between these central concepts, mainly to the historical and philosophical excursus.
