ABSTRACT
Mines and Hazard Prevention, Ministry of Education of China developed a PRCM model material. In this paper, the PRCM stress-strain relation under external loadings has been researched, also timing characteristics on parameters of AE, AE source location, and mechanical response characteristics during the damage process has been done. Finally the mechanical property and failure mechanism of PRCM model material have been given, which provided a reliable basis for PSE.
