1 INTRODUCTION
Along with the rapid development of science and technology, the machine equipment now is developing to large-scale, quick running, electromechanical integration, as well as complicated structure. The traditional later maintenance, periodic preventive maintenance and the isolated closed maintenance system already cannot satisfy the requirement of modern production. In order to guarantee the normal operation of equipment, enterprises not only have to take conservative strategy and reduce equipment failure rate in extremely low status, but also need to arrange with sufficient technical personnel for maintenance. In order to solve timely and flexible maintenance requirements of the device, intelligent E-maintenance arises at the historic moment. Intelligent E-maintenance refers to the fusion of remote monitoring technology, intelligent diagnosis technology, remote maintenance support system architecture and network technology, decision-making optimization technology[1] in maintenance system, real-time monitoring of equipment, making maintenance strategy according to the monitoring data, and makes the equipment in the whole life cycle to achieve almost zero fault and reach the optimal production status of maintenance mode.
