1 INTRODUCTION

Different band SARs (Synthetic aperture radar) show different characters (Chen & Zhang. 2011). Low band SAR is of highly penetrability and can detect hidden targets in the wood or under the ground. High band SAR can get clear profile and more detail. Ghasem and Luo zhi-quan propose self-adapted decision fusion of the distributed detecting system (Mirjalily & Luo. 2003). Martin and Mark propose decision fusion of the multi image based on Boole fusion criterion (E. Liggins II & Nebrich. 2000). But all of them don’t apply the decision fusion to the real multi-band SAR images. How to use multi-band SAR images to get as much information as possible of the targets and improve the detection performance is an important problem to be solved.
