ABSTRACT
IETF dime Working Group proposed the basic solution based on the diameter against the problems in Split scene[3]. After getting care-of address
(COA), MN through the IKEv2 protocol[4] to the home agent (HA) for MIP6 service, when HA receives a service request, by first through the diameter-EAP protocol[5][6] to the authentication server (AAAH-EAP) for sending an authentication request, to identity authentication of the mobile node (MN)[1]; then through the diameter protocol to authorize server (AAAH-the MIP6[3]) for a authorization requisition, after successful authorization, AAAH-MIP6 can build a trust relationship between HA and MN, in order to ensure the security of MIP6 service (Fig. 1).
