ABSTRACT
In recent years, the rapid development of science and technology has been providing more and more support for the development of the construction industry. In order to improve their competitiveness in the industry field, construction units continue to explore more intelligent application technology to improve production eciency and promote the generation of intelligent buildings. Intelligent buildings include systems, such as automation equipment, communications equipment and oce automation equipment and form intelligent integration in the continuous development process. The juche idea of intelligent building is to make full use of advanced science and technology to improve the degree of human-computer integration at work and using intelligent machines instead of human conduct ecient work. The development of intelligent building is the reflection of constructing personnel making full use of the integrated system in practical work to better satisfy the building service needs.
