ABSTRACT
This paper selected test area as the Fu Ning county of Qin Huangdao in Hebei province, bordering on Liao Ning province, the north has a Yanghe reservoir. Yanghe reservoir is a complete set of irrigated area that is one of the main production bases in Qin Huangdao. Figure 1 is the original panchromatic and color composite of multispectral satellite images of TH-1 of this region.
