Therefore, it is hard to simply use one or two indicators to reflect its connotation [2]. To evaluate the safety condition on water resources in Shandong Province comprehensively and systematically, as well as to put forward suggestions and countermeasures aiming at the existing problems of water resources, it is necessary to build a set
1 INTRODUCTION
As the source of life, water is not only the foundation of human being’s production and life, but also the precondition of social development, economic progress and natural evolution. However, with the growth of population, the development of social economy and the acceleration of industrialization & urbanization, more available water resources, which are limited throughout the whole world, will be consumed so that the global water resources in the 21st century will be confronted with increasing pressure.
