The purpose of emergency response is to take timely and effective measures at the occurrence of incidents, in order that accidents can be dealt with rapidly, which would minimize the loss.
• Collision at sea. For trim, heel and metacentric height variance after damage and water flooding, adjust the ballast water or containers on board the ship by using load moving method (from damaged bay to its diagonal bay ) and load discharging method (discharge the load near the damaged bay) with the help of salvaging vessels, until the whole ship reaches stable equilibrium.
