ABSTRACT
Based on the model of the dual converter, a new control strategy with two control loops is proposed in this paper-which is named predict direct capacitor power control (P-DPC). The outer loop controller adopts the voltage square form to realise the decoupling of grid-side active power, load power and capacitor power. In the inner loop, two power controllers are designed, based on index function, which minimise the error of grid side reactive power and capacitor power. By designing a kind of PWM converter power observer of the bidirectional DC-DC converter, the coordination control of dual PWM converter is realised. Simulation results show a good performance of the new control strategy.
