ABSTRACT
This paper focuses on the study of personal EV and EVSE developments in Beijing. Several barriers and countermeasures to EV development are analysed and proposed. According to the investigation of EV customer needs, recommended EV and EVSE developing models are given. At the end two application cases are introduced and the feasibility of proposed models is incipiently verified.
