Research on occupation career planning of the college PE teacher

Job satisfaction is the key variables. It impacts whether university teachers keep their own work in mind, actively carry out career planning and continue to perform it or not [7]. From results of four aspects of college PE teachers’ salary satisfaction, leadership work-style satisfaction, teaching workload satisfaction and the college evaluation standards satisfaction, physical education teachers’ job satisfaction is low. The results are shown in Table 1.
