ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: Intraoperative recurrent laryngeal nerve monitoring (IONM) is a revolutionary technology that is developed and successfully used for the thyroid operation intraoperative identifying and positioning recurrent laryngeal nerve in recent years. In the recurrent laryngeal nerve-monitoring determination, anesthesia is the main interference factor. This paper retrospectively summarizes 3029 cases of thyroid operation anesthesia under recurrent laryngeal nerve monitoring in our hospital from September, 2011 to November, 2013, aiming at exploring the standardized development of the thyroid operation anesthesia under neuromuscular electric monitoring.
