ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: Objective: Ma Xiang is Ningxia grassroots famous physician of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). To explore the Chinese medicine compatibility originated from Ma Xiang’s treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods: The association rules are discovered using Apriori algorithm. Results: The numbers of couplet medicines, rules consisted of triple herb, and rules consisted of quads herb are 10, 6, and 2, respectively. Conclusions: The experiment demonstrates that couplet medicines, rules consisted of triple herb, and rules consisted of quads herb are based on association rules according to the basic characteristics of TCM.
