Methods: Twenty-five cases with hand tendon injuries underwent a comprehensive rehabilitation care, including psychological care, postoperative functional exercise, and application of hand function training apparatus according to dierent circumstances, dierent degrees, and surgical period. The results showed that the comprehensive postoperative rehabilitation care of tendon injuries with the supervision and guidance of hand function rehabilitation exercise by doctors and nurses could play an important role in the functional rehabilitation after a surgery in patients with hand tendon injuries. In the functional nursing, restoration of the rehabilitation desire of patients is important to enable them to transform from a passive acceptance to an active rehabilitation exercise. The early comprehensive rehabilitation training of patients with hand injuries may be helpful in the prevention of tendon adhesion and ankylosis.
