ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) is a glycoprotein hormone which is secreted by animal anterior pituitary basophils. It is mainly used to treat human infertility disorders in the medical field. FSH is currently used in clinical urine mainly derived urin FSH (uFSH) containing traces of LH and needs to be further processed. FSH expressed by eukaryotic genetic engineering is an eective and low cost method. The paper focuses on CHO cells which were transfered by recombinant vector plasmids and selected by G418 and hygromycin B later, then the expressed FSH was detected by ELISA. So we established eukaryotic systems to express FSH and used ELISA to detect it.
