ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: A design method of the diagonal type cantilever structure of applanation tonometer pressing force measuring device is presented. The entire structure of diagonal cantilever beam-measuring device, pressure measurement module and A/D conversion module are introduced. The pressure measurement module mainly includes diagonal type fasteners, resistance bridge pressure sensor, and optical pressure head. Stress on the diagonal type cantilever beam pressure measuring device is analyzed and calculated, and the actual calibration and performance test of the whole device is carried out. The experimental results show that the entire diagonal type cantilever beam pressure measuring device, compared with the same type abroad, the performance is more stable, the measurement precision had obtained the very big promotion.
