ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: At present, a prominent contradiction between the obvious reduction of teaching hour and the diculty to guarantee the quality of medical teaching has brought us into a dilemma. The aim of this study is to deal with how to resolve the contradiction described above through integrating and optimizing the teaching course of general surgery teaching course system. The clinical medical undergraduates were selected as the investigation objects, the optimization of various teaching links was taken as the main line to carry on the practice of whole integration of general surgery course system, the feasibility of integration and optimization was evaluated by analyzing the teaching result.The integration and optimization of general surgery course teaching system may be a method to solve the problem, which would enhance the learning eciency of students, improve their learning eect, save some time for the students to promote their multi-dimensional development and have more opportunity to choose what they like to do, and also enable the teachers to have more time to dedicate themselves to the scientific research and the teaching research. The study should provide a theoretical and practical basis for the next preparation of undergraduate student’s training plan and syllabus.
