ABSTRACT
The tests and constructive methods exposed in this paper are the result of a collaborative approach. This kind of approach is appropriate when dealing with complex human contexts: the restoration projects of a social architectural heritage in which collective decisions are needed, the combination of artisan and industrial processes that can lead to many unexpected situation and the intuitive learning process where knowledge and skills are transferred from experts to trainees and vice versa.
