ABSTRACT
Response Plan: Individual. It is the most important, because it is the first organizational response set up in case of emergency due to its proximity to happening event.
Plans are collection of procedures to describe organizational management in case of a threatening event and identify resources to set up to face such an event. Resources of LERP can be categorized as human resources (i.e. head quarter and field staff), technical resources (i.e. transportation means, alert means), organizational resources (procedure) and informational resources (i.e. message, order) as resources in Industrial Emergency Response Plan (IERP) (Karagiannis et al. 2010).
