ABSTRACT
Traffic accidents involving the hazardous substances threaten the people, and therefore, there are subject to the safety management of the territory. For ensuring a safe space in which we live the current relevant international organizations (e.g. the UN, the OECD, the EU, NATO, UNECE), Governments, public administration (administrative authorities, regional and local authorities) have special programme the aim of which is to create a safe space for the 21st century. The real results obtained for the Czech Republic data are shown in next paragraphs.
