ABSTRACT

According to the engineering experience, the sensitive parameters of pyrotechnics are the most critical parameters which can reflects its performance change. The poor sensitive parameter expresses the poor performance of pyrotechnics. Therefore, the relationship between reliability and storage time can be established through the analysis of the trend of sensitive parameters change. Accelerated storage life test is a way to get storage performance degradation data. This paper presents a method to establish the quantitative relationship between reliability and storage time by analyzing the temperature stress accelerated storage life test data for example. This method puts forward a new idea for storage reliability evaluation of pyrotechnics and other analogous products.
