ABSTRACT
FMEA is a teamwork, many departments must cooperate and work together to implement the task. It is a group action instead of that by designer individual. As for aerospace products which usually have high complexity, different designers are inconsistent with the understanding of failure mode, failure cause and failure effect during FMEA development, and they easily neglect the interface problems, that leads to a lack of content coherence. The weak point discovered by it could be far from the real condition of product.
