ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: This paper is intended to build a system structure based on the business integration requirements between marketing and distribution network. Through the analysis over the correlated techniques and the application system for the smart operations of distribution network and according to the features and functions of the distribution system, the author proposed, based on a distribution system reliability evaluationmethod used in non-sequential simulation, a corresponding reliability evaluation system for power supply, thus to facilitate monitoring and management of power consumption. By the research, a user power monitoring and management platform for the intelligent power distribution & utilization system was set up, so were the data integration bus and enterprise service bus, and their respective functions realized. In implementation of the integration, various business systems were incorporated on an orderly basis according to the current business system status and expansion needs of the distribution network, thus providing a systematic basis for maintenance efficiency improvement and outage period reduction; furthermore, through and development and installation of reactive compensation device or other corresponding equipment, the quality of power supply is improved, line losses reduced, and the business objectives of improving customer satisfaction and quality of power consumption are thus realized.
