ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: In real word application, electronic equipments have potential influence on the power grid voltage waveform, in order to help the engineer find the effective solutions to reduce the influence, this paper takes the fluorescent lamps in a teaching building as an example, analyzes the circuit structure of single-phase fluorescent lamps and power supply circuit, and establishes the circuit model. Then, according to the features of fluorescent lamp, the paper studies the voltage waveform of the end of power supply circuit in stages, and gives the mathematical analysis and mathematical pattern. The calculation results are verified by Matlab modeling simulation and real world experiment. The voltage waveform of the fluorescent lamp at the end of the power supply shows that the electronic equipments use the energy of power grid voltage peak time too much, which makes the grid voltage waveform distortion.
