ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: This paper describes a service reliability evaluation process for distribution networks with DG connection using the statistics simulation algorithm. First, the measuring method of voltage quality, frequency deviation and voltage waveform distortion, and the calculation algorithm of the five indices for eventual service reliability evaluation are given as basis for further content quantification of service reliability evaluation indices. Then, the power output model of wind turbine is characterized as a cut-in point for presenting the statistics simulation method in question aswell as providing sourcematerial for designing a service reliability evaluation algorithm for distribution networks without DG connection, with normal source connection, and with DG connection, in hopes of offering theoretical reference for further improving the service reliability evaluation system of distribution networks.
