ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: National meteorological stations temperature observation data of 57a in Guilin city were studied. By using the method of cycle analysis and comparative analysis, we study on the temperature’s year and month change and its territory distribution. The results showed that, the city’s high temperature days has a trend of increase, but the extreme maximum temperature changed little; Northeast corner of Wenqiao village is the hottest place. Guilin city and the southern suburbs are times of hot strip area; Topography influence on temperature is significant. High temperatures reduce with the increase of altitude. Local special terrain by non-adiabatic heating can cause abnormal high temperature phenomenon; Low-level warm temperature ridge and the western Pacific subtropical high pressure is the main influence system for Guilin high temperature weather.
